In 1963, several local visionaries sought to create an affordable and quality opportunity into the "Private Golf Club" market.
Choosing eastern Jefferson County as their area of choice, they acquired known architect Edward Lawrence Packard to design the 6,864 yard layout known as Midland Trail Golf Club.
 
Today it continues to provide affordable and quality private golf, but above all, provides a place our members can call "home"!
